Gift Card Terms & Conditions

• Gift cards are treated as monetary and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen
• Expiry of 3 years from date of issue
• Cannot be used to purchase another gift card
• Cannot be redeemable for cash
• Funds are not transferable or reloadable
• Funds are invalid after expiry date
• Cards must be activated to be redeemed, retain receipt for proof of purchase
• Cards can be fully or partially redeemed
• Only activated plastic gift cards will be accepted and valid at our stores
• If the amount exceeds the remaining card value, the excess needs to be paid with another payment method
• A gift card will not be reissued if its damaged or broken
• Once activated gift cards cannot be cancelled or refunded
